When you register your events, company will send you the list of all the dates and events on your registered mail ID. If you find any wrong information in the list, you must notify us within 3 days. Otherwise the dates and events will be considered final and you will be reminded accordingly and the company will not be responsible for any wrong date as reminder. However you can update any of your dates or events anytime you want.
You can ask for a meeting when you subscribe to the service for the first time only. After that you can update your dates and events only through emails and calls. A personal meeting after that would not be provided.
The personal meeting is provided in Delhi/NCR only. For all other locations, a personal meeting wouldn’t be provided as of now. However, you can subscribe to the service from any location in India. We will be updating the locations when added here.
Available mode of Reminders:
Get a call: It is your responsibility to make sure you have not blocked the company’s number intentionally or unintentionally through any third party software. The executive will attempt to call you for a certain number of times. And the company will not be responsible for not being able to remind you of any event in case company is unable to contact you or you are not able to pick up the call for any reason whatsoever.
Get a whatsapp message: Whatsapp is a third party app and the company can only use whatsapp a mode of communication. Being a third party app, company is not responsible for any notifications that are not delivered to you because of any technical app related issues.Get an SMS: Company is not responsible of any text messages not delivered. You have to make sure that you are able to receive the text messages and the messages are not blocked because of any reason whatsoever. Late delivery of messages is also a telecom operator related issue and the company is not liable for any delays in SMS delivery.
Get an Email: Company will send you the reminder related mails from a specific mail ID. We encourage you to save that mail ID in your contacts so that it does not go to spam folder. However the company is not responsible if the mail goes to your spam folder, get blocked from your mail provider or do not get delivered to you because of any external technical or personal issues whatsoever.
It is completely customer’s responsibility to provide the correct details of communication. If you change your number or mail ID, it is customer’s sole responsibility to update the company about the same.

strives to do its best to remind you about an event at the best suitable time
on the day of event. However the timings of reminders may vary for the options-
Same day and 3 days before the event reminders are executed on a priority
basis. After that same day and 3 days before reminders are executed
After making the payment for
service subscription, no refunds or reversal of the amount can be claimed.
Money once paid will not be refunded in any condition.
You can update your dates and
events any time by contacting YocoMan. However there must be at least 30 days
difference between the date of updating and the date of event that is being
updated. Any events that are less than 30 days away from the date of updating
will be reminded on the next occurrence date.
YocoMan is not responsible for
any loss or damage of any type caused by any missed reminder or event
whatsoever. Company reserves all rights to change, modify, cancel or update
these terms and conditions any time without prior notice. You may visit this
section for the updated terms and conditions from time to time.
Company reserves all rights to
cancel any subscription without any prior notice if company finds any of its
policies or terms are violated by the subscriber in any way.
All the reminders will be
facilitated to only single point of contact in any mode of reminders.
Facilitating reminders to multiple numbers or email Ids is not provided. If
customer wishes to have reminders on multiple numbers or mail Ids he/she has to
subscribe to the service separately for each number/email ID.
All disputes are subject to
Delhi jurisdiction only.
