• It is your responsibility to make sure you have not blocked the company’s number intentionally or unintentionally through any third party software. The executive will attempt to call you for a certain number of times and the company will not be responsible for any missed reminders, events or assistancein case company is unable to contact you or you are not able to pick up the call for any reason whatsoever.
  • Company is not responsible of any text messages not delivered. You have to make sure that you are able to receive the text messages and the messages are not blocked because of any reason whatsoever. Late delivery of messages is also a telecom operator related issue and the company is not liable for any delays in SMS delivery.
  • WhatsApp is a third party app and the company can only use WhatsApp as mode of communication. Being a third party app, company is not responsible for any notifications that are not delivered to you because of any technical app related issues. Also, WhatsApp and its logo are the property of Facebook, YocoMan does not have any associations or the ownership of the same. YocoMan only uses them as a mode of communication for the service of its customers only.
  • Company will send you the service related mails from a specific mail ID. We encourage you to save that mail ID in your contacts so that it does not go to spam folder. However, the company is not responsible if the mail goes to your spam folder, get blocked from your mail provider or do not get delivered to you because of any external technical or personal issues whatsoever.
  • It is completely customer’s responsibility to provide the correct details of communication. If you change your number or mail ID, it is customer’s sole responsibility to update the company about the same at the earliest.
  • YocoMan strives to do its best to assist you at the beast suitable and possible time. However, the timings of calls may vary because of specific reasons. Company does not take any responsibility for any delays in assistance because of an external and unforeseen issue which are not in company’s control.
  • After making the payment for service subscription, no refunds or reversal of the amount can be claimed. Money once paid will not be refunded in any condition. However, refunding any amount is at company’s own discretion completely. Company may entertain any refund requests if it believes that it should be done.
  • You can contact your VA anytime in the business hours for service related needs. However, there must be feasible time and resources to execute the service request that you assign to VA. All the service requests must be ethical, doable, legal, moral, professional, feasible and possible to do. If any of your requests violates terms and policies of company, VA may deny you the same.
  • YocoMan is not responsible for any loss or damage of any type caused by any missed tasks or assistance whatsoever because of any eternal and unforeseen events that are not in company’s control.
  • Company reserves all rights to change, modify, cancel or update these terms and conditions any time without prior notice. You may visit this section for updated terms and conditions from time to time.
  • Company reserves all rights to cancel any subscription without any prior notice if company finds any of its policies or terms violated by the subscriber in any way.
  • All the assistance will be facilitated to only one individual per subscription. Facilitating the VA service to multiple individuals (e.g. family members, friends) is not provided in a single subscription. If any other individuals wish to avail the service, each individual has to subscribe to the service separately.
  • The service is non transferrable. Customer cannot transfer the subscription to any other individual.
  • Virtual assistant service is provided on ‘as is’ basis. Under any circumstances, a personal meeting with VA or the personal details of VA cannot be provided. Company does not encourage or promote any kind of talks or interactions other than service related and professional. Doing so is completely on the customer’s discretion.
  • Customers are advised to share only work or service related information with the VAs. Customer is solely responsible for sharing any information which is not relevant to the services.
  • No one from the company ever asks for any sensitive, confidential or financial information (e.g. card details, bank account details etc.). if someone claims to be from YocoMan and asks you such details, you should not disclose such details. You should inform YocoMan as soon as possible if same happens.
  • Company strictly follows and implies use of professional, formal language and words in all the communications with customers. Any use of abusive, insulting, vulgar, offensive, violent or sexual language or words is an offence.
  • All the communication between company and its customers is done on a recorded line. You agree and give your consent to record, store, use and manage all or any of the communication done with you for company’s internal record keeping for future references.
  • All the data you share with company is govern by its privacy policy. However, company may provide and disclose the data to government agencies, police or any other legal entities in case of any legal incident in accordance with Indian Law.
  • The service is provided on a ‘best effort’ and ‘as is’ basis.
  • Company reserves its rights to change the executive who has been assigned to you to provide VA service any time because of its internal reasons. Company is not liable to disclose the reason for doing so if any of the foresaid event occurs.
  • All disputes are subject to Delhi jurisdiction only.
